This hotel has excellent value for money. The rooms are spacious and in good condition, exceeding Japanese standards. The staff, although not fluent in English, is friendly and does their best to accommodate foreign guests. Furthermore, the hotel's location adjacent to the Spain Village theme park is a major advantage, providing convenient access to all the attractions.
Despite one minor concern about wifi mentioned in the second review, all other aspects of this hotel were satisfactory.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! the location adjacent to the Spain Village theme park was perfect for exploring the park and enjoying all the attractions. It made our trip so much more convenient and enjoyable. Secondly, the rooms were in great condition with attention to detail. I loved the little balcony where I could relax and enjoy the view. Lastly, the service provided by the staff was exceptional. They went out of their way to accommodate foreign guests, despite any language barriers. It really made me feel welcome and valued.

The room size was surprisingly spacious and the hotel was well-maintained, even for being over 20 years old. The staff did their best to assist foreign guests, despite the language barrier. The buffet dinner had a great variety of dishes to choose from, both Spanish and Japanese. The hotel also had a bar for parents to enjoy a nice drink.
The lack of wifi in the rooms was a drawback, and there weren't enough electrical outlets either. The cost of the restaurant was a bit pricey, especially for a family of four.

The hotel's wifi is limited to the reception area, making it inconvenient who need internet access in their rooms.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I was impressed with the spacious and modern rooms, which had every amenity we needed for a comfortable stay. the hotel's location adjacent to a popular theme park was very convenient, and we enjoyed the private entrance and discounted pass offered to hotel guests.
